I absolutely LOVE Reformer Pilates and the variety of teachers available! The classes run so smoothly and feel incredibly welcoming, especially as a new member. There’s no judgment or pressure when you’re starting out—it’s a very comfortable environment. I usually struggle with anxiety when trying new things on my own, but Pilates has been the one hobby where I feel confident and supported as I progress over time. Definitely a 10/10 for Reformer Pilates!

As someone who’s explored just about every type of workout on my health journey—from HIIT to yoga to strength training—I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger or more centered than I do after classes at Reformed Pilates. There’s something uniquely grounding and empowering about the way each session is designed, and it’s clear the instructors are not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate. Every teacher brings their own style and energy, which keeps things fresh and inspiring while maintaining the studio’s consistent focus on alignment, strength, and connection. Back in 2018, I took my first class at Reformed Pilates after being invited to try it by a good friend of mine who was also an instructor. That first class was so tough but I made it through and have been coming every week since then. I love the workouts. They are thorough but do not weigh me down the rest of the day like gym workouts do. I always leave feeling spry and energetic for the rest of the day. As much as I love the workouts and classes, what really makes Reformed Pilates special are the amazing teachers and Reformed Pilates staff. They are too many to name. I can't thank my friend enough for inviting me to my first class in 2018. I highly recommend Reformed Pilates and always look forward to their awesome classes!

I absolutely love coming here!!!! I have been a member off and on since 2018. They are always consistent, great reformers, clean studios, and they have some fun challenges with cute prizes. I am pretty picky on the movements, music, and overall personality and instruction of the instructor and their performance. I also have some restrictions from a wrist surgery in previous years so I was a bit nervous to start back up. Christina G. from Corporate is one of the most extraordinary humans! Not only did she encourage me that I can get back to Pilates, but she makes you feel confident that you’re in good hands. She guided me on the best way to enter back in safely and successfully. I struggled for many years after my surgery and Christina goes above and beyond to help you feel confident and ready to begin Pilates without pressure. If it wasn’t for her, I would probably still have back and knee pains. Pilates helps get your body healthy at a pace you’re comfortable with. Considering my previous injuries from surgery, they are really wonderful about providing modifications for you. Here are a few of my faves I believe you should check out …. Bella is my all time fave, great, CLEAR instructions with amazing music choices. Great upbeat personality to keep you smiling through class. She is more warm and really makes class so fun! I also really recommend Natassia and Lisa. They will kick your butt into gear! Ha! Definitely check out Reformed! Especially if you’re new to Pilates, I’d recommended starting with a private session and then you’ll be good to go for daily or weekly classes. Enjoy!

Thoughts Simple

I bought a monthly membership. I’ve been going since January 1st. I showed up to class right on the dot & they cancelled my class & filled my spot with another person on the waitlist. Showing up right on time & being told I have to reschedule was very upsetting.
