Nice store and very knowledgeable staff working the floor. We picked up a pair of Hokas and were done in about 15 minutes. We wandered around the store and picked up a few other items. This is a very well run business and some great employees too!!

Staff are very nice but the store sells used things as new. It is already annoying enough, but the things resold are also sold again without making sure that they work. I bought a light and it broke easily as it was rusty in the inside. I also bought a solo stove it did not have instructions or cover or sticker or anything that came with a new one. Hope this can be improved.

Bought a camel backpack for a hike and it was faulty. Leaked everywhere during my hike. I was left without any water. I thought I could depend on the equipment I purchased here. They refused to refund it because it was bought “used”. It was over $70 for a useless bag, the “bladder part” should have been replaced prior to resell, it’s the responsible thing to do. I also rented snow equipment which turned out fine but I wouldn’t return to this store again. Simply because it’s a problem they could have solved easily but chose not to. I’ve lost all trust and they’ve lost me as a customer.
