As someone who hadn’t been to the gym in 8 years, I was nervous to get back into it. I tried the three free classes and I felt welcomed and comfortable coming to Renegade. All instructors I’ve had so far (Safi, Courtney, and Jordan) have been really incredible and have looked out for me to make sure I have the correct form so as not to injure myself and to get the most out of each class. They’re motivating and engaging and I’m excited to continue going to classes!
