I would not recommend this boat company. At first, they seemed professional, but once we were out on the water, a severe thunderstorm rolled in with heavy rain, lightning, and thunder. We immediately called to say we felt unsafe, but were told to “speak to the captain.” The captain, however, just stared at us blankly as if he didn’t understand English and offered no guidance or reassurance. We made it clear we wanted to head back and asked for a refund for the unused time, but were told that only the captain could cancel if he deemed it dangerous—which was absurd given the obvious storm conditions. This was not only unsafe but incredibly irresponsible on the company’s part. If there is any chance of bad weather, please save yourself the stress and choose a more reputable company. To make matters worse, the marina itself was filthy and reeked of gasoline, which only added to the overall terrible experience.

Although the weather was not so good, the Captain avoided the rain and drove us away from it. We still had a little time to get in the water too. The crew was very professional and our safety was their main concern.
