The Mexican lady that works there, always makes me wait regardless if they are busy or not. She is not friendly and makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her by making her work. I hopeful it’s just a language barrier but that’s no excuse. I miss my old cleaners that closed down, the lady was so friendly and really helpful when my mom died & I needed clothes right away. What happened to customer service!??

I brought in a sundress, two cropped sleeveless sweaters. There’s a big sign that says “any item $5.98” and the store manager made it a point to show me the sign, explain the PIF policy and let me know the items would be done in 2 days. Then charged me $34.99. It seems not any item is $5.98. Dresses are $19.99 😂😂😂. Ok.

I’ve been going there a while and they’ve been okay but one of my nice pearl snap shirts came back with a large rip out of it so I guess I need to find a new place. Update: Management reached out to me after seeing my post and encouraged me to file a claim. The claim was accepted and they fully reimbursed me for the shirt. I appreciate them making this right.

I brought in a thrift store bought scarf that was in great shape but smelled of the previous owners perfume. I asked the person helping me several times if the dry cleaning would get rid of the smell and finally got a nodded yes. Well it didn’t. So now I’ll be finding a different cleaner in the Brentwood neighborhood. Liked the location but not the service.
