I highly recommend this motorcycle training facility. The instructors were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. You can tell they have many years of experience instructing all sorts of riders. They break it down for you step by step. First they explain the exercise, then they perform the exercise, and finally you practice it. I never rode a motorcycle before my first class but they made me feel more confident in passing the Illinois test. It was a lot of fun. Also, beware of Kevin’s corny jokes. They will sneak up on you and you’ll probably find them pretty funny. lol Thanks Ride Chicago!

The instructors here are great! They don't have a ton of time to help you get from zero riding experience to passing the licensing test (offered on the exact same practice course they use to teach, huge plus) but they made very good use of the time they had, offering individualized advice and guidance, catching common mistakes, and drilling home why good technique matters once you're out on the streets. Can't say enough good things, this was an excellent experience, and as a result of their teaching I passed the road test on my first try.

Jay, Kevin and Mike are great instructors! They are patient, great at explaining maneuvers and definitely know what they’re doing. I’d say if you are thinking about getting your motorcycle license, this is a great way to go. You might even get to hear about 50 great dad jokes throughout the course as well :)

I had an excellent time at RideChicago. Jay, Katie, and Jun were amazing instructors who were knowledgeable, patient, and full of tips that instantly made me a better rider. They broke everything down step by step so I felt confident and prepared, whether I was new or getting back on the bike. The testing process was simple, and they gave us plenty of warm-up time because they truly want their students to pass. I also appreciated how they took the time to learn each of our names, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great experience learning to ride here. The back-to-back days of riding practice were very well structured and the instructors were extremely helpful. With the bonus of great weather during my class, I don't think I could have had a better experience being a first-time rider.
