I had got a flat on I-35 (the road from hell) and I had the bike brought in the next morning. They had a brand new tire on the bike within a week and I was back on the road. I went down on a Friday morning and met my salesperson, Aaron, who was very friendly and knowledgable. This is my first scooter so I was kind of nervous and didn't know what to expect. But there was no need to worry! Aaron and the rest of the team made the process seamless. I got the scooter I wanted (Honda Metropolitan), got all my questions answered, and left feeling confident about my purchase. The man who actually delivered the scooter to our house, Craig, was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He didn't just drop it and run, but stuck around almost 20 minutes to walk me through all the features and answer my questions. I've had it in my possession for a week now and every time I take it out I congratulate myself. It's SO much fun to ride! Affordable to own, maintain and operate (almost 100mpg!!!), and most importantly - it's SO CUTE! Big thanks to Aaron, Craig and everyone else who made this process so easy. I purchased my first motorcycle from RideNow Austin. They have an amazing facility in Austin and they made the entire process very effortless. The staff is very professional, courteous, and super friendly. I worked with Aaron from the sales team. He is very knowledgeable and knows his bikes. I met him twice before deciding to proceed with the purchase. He helped answer all the questions I had during the purchase process and he was able to get me a great deal on the bike I was looking for. Alexander from the finance team worked with my Credit Union and was able to guide them through the process all the way from purchase order to drafting instructions. Aaron then introduced me to the Service department where I learned about maintenance schedules and tips for routine upkeep of the bike and the consumables. They also have a great selection of biking gear and a variety of bike accessories that they sell in-house. All through the process, I never once felt that I was being aggressively upsold services. RideNow team shared all the information, insights, and recommendations with me about the bike and the purchase and respected my choices through out the process. I chose to have my bike delivered and Aaron got me in touch with Craig Baker who quoted me a fair delivery price and kept me updated through out the delivery process. Upon arrival, he did a walk-through with me of the bike and explained all the operational features. He even gave me recommendations on close by routes to enjoy the bike. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
