All the other reviews remain accurate as of Feb 2024. The floor is still extremely slippery and is still coated with a blue powder that will ruin your shoes. They make constant promises to fix these things and it never happens. If you play here, make sure it’s in shoes you don’t mind turning blue (attached: photo of shoes that were brand new 4 games ago). As other reviews say, the venue is also not heated and not especially well-maintained. 2 stars overall though because futsal here is still a good time if you know what you’re getting into.

The court is concrete painted blue so do not wear your nice court shoes or white shoes because they will get ruined. Along with your clothes if you’re planning on diving on concrete 😂 Played here for volleyball, there are no volleyball lines and no where to serve really other than on the court. The nets are flimsy and 4-5 inches too short, with no antennas. For the leagues, there are no refs and no score keeper. Also if you have family coming to watch, if you’re on an inner court there’s not much room for them to sit. I still had a good time but with how expensive the Volo league was to play I expected a much better court! The women’s bathroom is nice though!

I have been here a couple of times to watch my partner play indoor soccer. I was expecting something else when I thought indoor soccer. They just had nets to separate the other spots. I think they are new, so they are working the quirks. They have volleyball, basketball, and pickle ball. They have fun events (which I haven't gone yet) parking is a bit tough but there is a garage close by to park if you don't want to park on the streets.

The place is so crammed with different sports, it's difficult play. The volleyball nets are so close together, that people can't fit properly in the court. Not to mention, it's just a warehouse with concrete floors and drywall. There is zero insulation whatsoever, and days like today (1/14/2024) that it's -5°, it's actually colder inside since you have no sun. Parking is terrible. The lighting is terrible as well. Needless to say, if someone invites you to play here, you should probably pass.

Its a warehouse with painted concrete to play on so its very slippery and you get blue paint everywhere (shoes, shirt, legs etc). There are multiple sports happening so the entire space is very crammed which meant the courts to play on weren’t even the size they were supposed to be. The lighting is very poor plus were nets everywhere which paired together made it so hard to see or even enjoy playing at all.

What should you know before planning your meetup at RiNo Sports Arena? It’s useful to consider group size and preferred activities when booking, as the arena accommodates both league registrations and private bookings but requires coordination ahead of time. Since the arena runs on a league and pickup game schedule, checking the current calendar allows you to plan a meetup on dates that fit your group’s availability and interests. The venue’s moderate rating of 3.6 suggests that while many attendees enjoy the offerings, some have noted areas for improvement—potentially in aspects like facility amenities or scheduling logistics—so being clear about expectations and confirming details can help ensure a smooth visit. Budget-wise, pricing generally covers play time and league fees rather than food or drinks, which means you might want to plan to extend your meetup into nearby RiNo spots for dining or post-play relaxation. Lastly, arriving a bit early is recommended to get settled and enjoy some social warm-up before the games begin.

In sum, RiNo Sports Arena is a compelling destination to rally your friends or family for a spirited day of indoor sports, socializing, and neighborhood exploration.
