The Ritz downtown has to be one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Service is top tier even at 01:30 in the morning. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and extremely clean. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We’ve been coming for years, and it always exceeds our expectations. Ben has gone out of his way more times than I can count to accommodate us during some stays for fun and some that we were in Dallas for reasons that weren’t so fun. Dalton is great as well! He’s so personable and helpful. Joe and Melvin are great with valet and always so welcoming. Joe always has a sincere smile on his face when we pull in. It’s just nice to feel like you’re truly welcome when you arrive. I could list many others that are great as well but this would get super long. This is a great property that we won’t even consider staying anywhere else in Dallas!
