I am glad the city added these courts, but it can be improved. We need more of tgem because it gets very crowded on weekends. Fencing should be added to stop the ball from going into other areas of the park. The surface can be improved.

Amazing experience… just don’t be on the side of the sunset glare when you’re playing pickleball lol
Nali Malimage
Amazing courts! People are very respectful and nice. Everything works well and the only concern is, you have to keep a close look on your rackets because my racket got mixed up with someone else's I guess. Either way, it's been a great experience and all the people I met here were very polite, helpful and nice. Best pickleball courts in all of Manhattan!

These are great courts on the lower level of Riverside Park. Enter at 108th st on Riverside Drive and go to the lower level. 5 regulation size courts that are kept in great condition. Bring a cap as sun is an issue but other than that, really nice people and a great free place to have fun. Highly recommend. 97th street in Central Park is also great but cracks are a big problem. It is being addressed and these will be fixed. Once they are it leaves 2 amazing places to play on the UWS.
