You are looking for a good, and i mean a GOOD pair of running shoes, this is the store for you. They fit your feet to the right pair of shoes. You can try them on, and i mean, try them out. Treadmills on site, rock climbing wall, indoor hills the whole nine...well maybe not the indoor hills but the treadmill for sure. Crazy 3-D imaging of your feet, which pin points all your pressure point of your feet. Customer service, they set the bar. Go chexk it out. I'm telling you. Thank me later.

This place is packed on the weekends, and perfect timing because we went on the day they had a puppy adoption day. We got our gait analysis and ended up getting fitted for the right shoes for this year's race season. So far so good! We got the Asics brand cuz I have some pronation and in need of support. I went in not expecting a whole lot in terms of shoes. After being made to wait a while, Dylan worked tirelessly to find me just the right shoe. I've always had issues finding just the right shoe but he made it so much easier. I don't normally write reviews, but Dylan made my experience much more pleasant than I expected it to be. I am lucky if I could find one pair or perhaps two that actually fit me. Dylan managed to find about 10. I was extremely impressed with the selection! I only wish that they had more colorful shoes in my size.

I was pleased that although quoted a 25 minute wait time, I used a few minutes to select the shoes I wanted to try on and then was called. It felt more like 10 minutes. Trevor from Maryland was right on top of things. While my shoes were being retrieved, he warmed my inserts and helped me find socks then fit me for my inserts. We finished with that just as my shoe selections were coming out and he kindly trimmed my inserts for me to try on with each pair of shoes. He guided me with fit and stability level of each shoe along with carrying on a friendly conversation. Once I selected a pair he placed them neatly back in the box & I was on my way. The whole visit to RR was probably 30 minutes! The only negative is the cost! $300 later! I don’t buy new shoes often though & do appreciate a good pair of shoes to walk and exercise in.
