i am very late giving Robert his much-deserved review. I am grateful that for the last 5 years, Robert has been training me weekly in Thai Mat bodywork. I have had the honor of receiving many hours of work from him and there is no other work, therapist, or instructor like him. He is AMAZING. The way he teaches, speaks, explains, & provides his education is clear, concise, and easy to understand. Robert is teaching a different way to approach client's pain by using your body weight, proper body mechanics, and unleashing all of your God given tools to apply the work as the client needs/wants. He has guided me to rewire the way my mind looks at helping clients and their pain. He has taught me how to properly communicate with my clients, in order to meet their needs. The "lay on the table and take whatever I give you" mindset does not fly with this style of work. Each client's body, pain, and preferences are different, & with his guidance I have learned how to address issues individually and how to meet clients where they are. He has taught me to think outside the box and to get creative. When I met Robert, I was in a lot of pain doing table massage for my clients. I came to him to help my hands to stop hurting and then I quickly realized how powerful and impactful his work is. This work isn't just for my clients, this work is for me too!! I have been in multiple rear-end car accidents and this work was the only work that has ever FULLY relieved my neck pain. What started off as a resolution for my arm pain from giving massage, ended in an obsession to receive the work. I now only receive Thai mat bodywork, as it gives me much longer pain relief plus, I feel better knowing my therapist isn't injuring themselves working on me. This style of work and his training has changed my life. I now do not experience pain doing my job, which consists of 2-4 hour long sessions. Also, I am now able to help my clients get out of pain for longer, to receive the pressure they desire, effortlessly. If you have been considering training with Robert, pull the trigger. This is the most satisfying and life changing work that exists. Robert is changing this industry and only wants the best for all of us. I only have the best things to say about Robert and I have all the respect in the world for him.

I was introduced to Robert Gardner through a free CE class for the neck and shoulders. It was so effective for my clients that I was sold immediately! I quickly subscribed to his monthly subscription. There are several hours of communication and different types of Thai massage. I continue to learn through this subscription service and I am better able to serve my clients. You definitely get your more than what you pay for! I can’t wait to take an in person class with Robert! Robert Gardner wellness is a definite gem! 💎

Robert has made a huge difference in my daily chronic pain level. I have multiple shoulder injuries and other chronic pain issues from repetitive motion injuries while doing manual labor. Within my first session my pain went from a constant 7 to a 3. Over several months, after injuring my elbow, Robert has me in the least amount of pain I had been in for several years, all without any over the counter medication or narcotic pain meds. It has been nothing short of life changing. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m finally sleeping and my body is healing better. He has also given me skills to help with self care between sessions.

Robert's knowledge and skill are some of the best in the business! He has taken Thai massage and grown it into his own brand of body work that is both effective and enjoyable. There are therapists who have as much or more time in the business as Robert, but they don't have nearly the understanding and creativity. His body work was the best, most thorough work I've ever had. He truly knows his anatomy and how the body works. He listens to what you're looking to accomplish AND he knows when to back off on pressure when you ask! I highly recommend his work and look forward to another session with him!

I can't say enough positive things about Robert. His courses are professional yet personable while extremely valuable and affordable. I've been in practice for over 13 years and his teachings were exactly the inspiration to take my work to the next level. Easy on the body while delivering the necessary results needed for helping clients relieve their musculature tension and emotional stress while delivering structural mobilization with less effort. I encourage everyone to take this course. You don't need to be an expert and you can work on anyone who is willing to receive!
