There aren’t any signs on the outside but was very welcomed on the inside! You have to go in the back of the strip of stores to find the open garages where the workout takes place. The owner Curtis and instructor Cheri do an awesome job creating and coaching unique workouts every day! The gym isn’t air conditioned but a lot of fans that I never felt overheated, even on the above 100 days. The HIIT circuits kept my heart rate up the entire time with the variety of workout equipment the gym has - some I had never used before. The instructor gave many options too from alternate exercises due to an injury to more experienced and challenging which I really appreciated. Everyone there was very friendly and encouraging with me being new to the classes!

The workouts are absolutely amazing—packed with awesome weightlifting and designed to push you in the best way possible.
