Amazing tasting food, their boil sauce is so good! The shrimp and crawfish were huge, and the crab legs were so meaty and yummy. We kept wanting more! BEWARE: They automatically add a 15% tip and they don't tell you but will still show you the tip page to add more. They don't give you a receipt either but when you ask for one the cashier always has an attitude. Or if you ask her if the 15% service charge is the tip she looks annoyed. They also move the screen very fast so you don't have time to look. I couldn't understand why it was so expensive but makes sense when you pay a 20% tip on top of the 15% tip they automatically add (even for 2 people). Every now and then we get a good server but for the most part the wait staff does not have good customer service. I've been coming here for years and the only things that keeps me coming back is the boil seasoning. Every now and then it is off but for the most part it is good.

Great atmosphere, food is amazing. CHECK your bill!! Tip will already be included after a certain dollar amount, and they will not make you aware of this. It does not seem fair to pay a $70 dollar tip for mediocre service.
