This was an amazing experience!! Jeff knows what he's doing, is super friendly, and very professional. Unlike some balloon rides, he takes you out to see the local area while doubling as a tour guide. We were a little nervous at first as this was our first time riding in a balloon, but we would definitely go back. Only one other couple rode with us and we're great to go with. The ride was reasonably priced and Jeff and his crew were awesome to work with. We booked directly with him and he's the type of guy that wants to know why your riding so he can make the trip even more special. Since all the city balloons go up about the same time, it's neat to be with Rocky Mountain Balloon Rides because they are one of the first up so you can see others get up off the ground as well. We would highly recommend him.

Jeff was fantastic! Very responsive. I called without even 24 hour notice and he got me on a balloon! I was in Colorado one more day and wanted to get on a ride the next day and he did so with such enthusiasm! You can tell he loves his job and his clients! I walked up and was greeted with a very excited “good morning Samantha!” I couldn’t have asked for a better pilot! He was very knowledgeable and just overall a great person to be around! He ended the flight with champagne and a little history of why champagne which I didn’t know! Would 100% recommend Jeff and his crew! If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!! You won’t regret it!
