I found out that the wheels I selected were on back order, and Bernard was nice enough to call his vendor and check to see when they would be back in stock. The skates here look beautiful and they seem to know what they’re talking about. BUT I do not enjoy being scammed on prices. In the store, I was charged MORE than I would have been if I had paid for them online AND had them shipped to my house. I was first charged about 30$ MORE than getting it shipped and then was told I was getting a favor when he “lowered” it. The skates online are 92$ and with shipping 113$. I ended up paying 117$. I realized once I left the store and looked them up online and when I called, the person working said he’ll refund me 3$ but that I’m paying shipping fees cause it covers being helped in the store. WHAT??? so my advice - if you wanna shop here , fine. But go inside, pick what you want, leave and buy them online and save the scam. And to the response - you offered to refund me 3$ cause you charged me MORE than online plus shipping ! With taking 3$ back, I STILL pay the same I would have online WITH shipping. You’re scamming people. I didn’t refund them fully because I need them for tomorrow and to get from Amazon would take too long. You offering to complete refund me if I return them doesn’t change that you’re cheating people. So again - ALL BUYERS - BUY ONLINE !
