Was very confused on whether or not we had to buy two tickets for the love seat since a loveseat usually sits two people but we did purchase two. The concession stand that they have. There is pretty pricey but as is any movie theater. The experience was amazing. Had a great time. I do recommend bringing your own blanket. You are not allowed to bring food and drinks. This is a great date night spot although no one dresses up.

Definitely great for dates! Romantic especially during sunset hours. My boyfriend was super happy! Recommend the bucket of beer and 2 hot dog combo, they sell blankets you can keep that are lined with fleece on one side and water proof material on the other. It comes inside a travel pouch, which works great for the beach for future use worth the $14

It was my first time to this place. It began poorly and unfortunately ended even worse. When I got there I thought I could buy a ticket from the box office if they had one, but I was told that I would have to buy my ticket online. I saw something on the website about a military discount but when I asked them, they told me they didn’t know about it. Not a huge deal but still a little confusing and annoying. At least the woman at the front was very nice and the guy at the concessions was also very pleasant. The big problem came after the movie. I took the elevator down to the hotel lobby and went to use the restroom but it was locked. I proceeded to the front desk and explained that I had just come down from the Rooftop Cinema and needed to use the restroom. Both front desk agents acted like they were clueless about the restroom situation. The male front desk agent was especially dismissive and said there was nothing he could do. The funny twist here is that I used to work for Hyatt Hotels so I know that he could have easily gotten a restroom key to give me access. So I had to escalate the issue and requested to speak to the Manager on Duty and even then the male front desk agent hesitated to call. I also explained to him that there would be other patrons coming down after me needing to use the restroom but he ignored me. Sure enough at least five other patrons came down asking to use the restroom. All I could do was laugh at the incompetence of the front desk. Finally the Manager came down and opened the restrooms for all of us. By the way not one employee of the hotel apologized for any inconvenience or even smiled for that matter. They all need to be retrained. As a side note, I was told that the hotel doesn’t own the cinema. However, since the cinema is located on hotel property there must be some sort of contract/agreement for the cinema to be there. Which means that because the cinema restrooms are closed for renovations, there should have been communication between the cinema and hotel in order to make restroom accommodations for the patrons of the late showing. What a bad experience, hopefully the problem gets fixed. Until it does, I will not be back to this place. It’s a shame because it’s such a great late night entertainment concept. For the record, all of this happened tonight Monday, 8/4 after the 10pm showing of How To Lose A Guy In Ten days.
