If it’s wasn’t for the price I’d rate this lower, but it’s what you expect from a 8 dollar chicken sandwich. Wasn’t great wasn’t bad.. Average. I expected more based on the other reviews. The bread was a bit cold, didn’t care for the veggies, the chicken it self was heavily coated in batter but more batter than meat! But can’t complain for 8 dollars…

We have been wanting to come here for a very long time and it did not disappoint! It was so crispy, BIG, and perfectly priced. And the fact they cook with Duck Fat… it really makes it more healthy than other unhealthy oils. Top places in Austin for a chicken sandwich! FOOD HALL FOOD HAUL! After I ate here I was telling my sister how good the food is. She then told me it was created by a celebrity chef. All I know is they serve some of the tastiest chickens on the planet! The salad ruvals any I've ever had. Fresh greens and not all Iceberg either. Real greens. I've eaten her at least 4 times since July 2024. I'll be back in here for sure.

The Big Bird is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The sweet tea with mint is excellent as well! It's kind of a fun atmosphere too because you pick up the food and then can sit in the bar at HEB.
