I love the place and the ambiance and the food also looks great. But I was very disappointed with multiple flies especially as it was very close to the washroom. After we had a bad experience at the Rosetta store in Brickell City Centre, we decided to give them another chance… Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The products are expensive but more or less in line with the area, $16 for a baguette with prosciutto, $10 for a small mortadella sandwich, and $3.50 for a bottle of water. The real problem was the TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not only did they literally throw the sandwiches on the table and serve the food without gloves (see photo where she even put her fingers in her mouth!), but they also failed to mention that the baguette contained truffle cream. I’m intolerant to truffle, and this caused me serious digestive issues. This was right after visiting their other location, which had no air conditioning and products that should really be kept at cool temperatures. Clients, be careful and always ask about the ingredients!! Owner and Manager, please train your staff! !
