Omg I had such an amazing experience at Royal beauty spa today. The staff was super helpful. Patricia took me in on a last min appointment after my stylist cancelled on me for NYE. I hada mani / pedi and geegee washed and sltyled my hair. My hair looks amazing. While washing they suggested I do a treatment which made my hair feel so silky ! Wax room was clean and the service was super quick but great. Thank you ladies !!!! This is def my new Miami salon.

My step mother and I decided to go in. I wanted my hair done nice I wanted to feel pretty. She wanted a massage. Online it says $110 for massage we went in and they said no that was old and insisted it was $250. She decided to get her hair done instead. We showed them pictures of what we wanted. 4 hours later our hair was done because the stylist was doing us both at the same time. He decided he liked both of us blonde and simply striped our hair and gave us both brassy orange colors.( I wanted partial highlights framing my face and she wanted deep red highlights.) My step mom spoke up and sad she wanted the red color he then put it in and was pretty abrasive with her while doing so. I thought he was not done with my hair yet but he was. They charged $425 each and neither of us got what we wanted my hair was cut like a mullet and my step mom ended up with a bowl cut. It looked like we did the cuts and colors ourselves at home with a dull scissor and bleach. We called the manager to have him rectify the situation. To which we got no response. It is a nightmare of color and cut I would not go here they lull you in with fancy decor and drinks to cover up the fact they have no idea what they are doing. I just wanted to look nice and spend money on myself for once and it turned out for the worst. Do not go here!! I have pictures of the cuts and the bleeding of the color he put on top of my step moms hair which is now back to the horrendous brass blonde bleach colors. I posted what we asked for and what we got. My hair is severely damaged. I also posted the hair stylist in a photo at least never use him.

If you want to be treated like a movie star or like royalty as the name suggests this is the place for you. You're going to be pampered like you've never been. Jose cut and styled my hair and trimmed my beard. He spent a lot of time giving me the best haircut and style I've had and maybe 20 years or more. He is also one of the best massage therapist I have been to. Of course they will serve you top shelf bourbon vodka wine while you sit and relax. Be prepared to drop some cash though for this amazing experience.
