I gotta say, this place is GREAT! I've been renting lockouts for over 15 years, and the service and accommodations I've had from Max and the crew at Royal Rehearsal as been second to none. The 1st. location is great. Right next to several freeways...There's all kinds of shops and options to eat nearby...convenience and grocery stores across the street. The rooms are really clean, with new light fixtures, carpeting etc. Several clean bathrooms, community fridge, microwave and I hear even more amenities to come soon. Everyone I've met down there so far has been super cool. Quite a step up from so of the other slums around town. Love this place!

I've really enjoyed rehearsing and renting out a studio space at Royal Rehearsal 2 for a few years now! It's in a pretty quiet location in LA and open 24/7 so Its easy to stop by anytime the band wants to rehearse or drop by. Everyone there is pretty chill and respectful. The owners are pretty cool too and usually respond to any questions or concerns the tenants or studio may have. The walls aren't fully sound proof but it doesn't bother us too much. Aside from that it's been a really good experience and pleasure to have a place like this in L.A.

This is the best rehearsal spot I've been to in LA! The owners are really responsive, friendly and actually care about the place. They keep everything clean and are always around when you need them. The vibes are great too because of all the diverse styles of music and musicians under one roof. I'm going to be here for as long as I can. I've been renting a lockout here since August and since we first started the process of acquiring the studio, Esteban and the rest of the staff were very curious and attentive. We moved in and they put in carpeting for us which was not part of the initial agreement but it seems the staff here always go above and beyond expectations. The building itself is very clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my buddies in the business that are looking for a spot!
