Great service from a great place with great people. Carlos was quite attentive and he continuous offered help to everyone. The front desk staff made the waiver process quite simple to do, and we had a great time. We will most definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Phoenix AZ with children. They also have two other locations in Peoria and Chandler. Keep up the great work.

This place was perfect for our kids! Fun for adults as well. There were plenty of fun obstacles, arcade games, and food! We came here while on vacation on a Friday morning, and there was literally nobody here, so we had the whole place to ourselves! There are plenty of parking spaces and there are also quite a few food places near the building. Prices were very fair, and you can buy the socks there for around $5. The 2 guys running the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

We love coming here. The staff is very professional and does whatever they can to personalize the visit. My daughter enjoys the obstacle courses, slides and trampolines. Even her teddy gets a wristband when we visit. Zoraida was the one who welcomed us today and was very sweet. This membership is so worth it!!
