We have been doing business with rush for many years. I know longer than I have been with my company (3 years). We took our box truck in for an oil service and PM check. Oil service was good and quick. Got us in the same day. The issue comes from them greasing the hub. Picture of hub after we brought in. This was not cracked or broken. The damage was done at Rush because as you can see on the photo there is no grease marking around the wheel or rim from that seal being broken. When we drove off with the rag in wheel hub you then can see how that oil/grease lube comes flying out and on to hub. Rush didn't accept responsibility but said it was already broken. They did offer to fix for over $600+. This was very disappointing and something they could have fixed for us in less than an hour and a part that was well under $100 bucks. I spoke with Tech and Manager who didn't waiver. As a customer who has done a good amount of business and recommends you to others I would think Rush would have done the correct thing and fixed what they damaged. Maybe the part was on it's last leg but they didn't even offer a discount or cut the cost in half. I am not sure if we will continue with them. Plenty of Medium Duty Truck Centers in our area. I just expected more from a Well known Corporation.

We bought a used box truck from Rush. A few days later we had a check engine light and they took care of it. Most places would have just told us you bought it as is but they did not. Because of this they will see future business from us. Matt our sales person was great to work with.

As the fleet manager for Premier Transportation, I can’t say enough good things about Rush Truck Center on Irving Blvd and their exceptional service department. Recently, we found ourselves in a pinch and needed an inspection done on one of our trucks ASAP. With a tight schedule and no room for delays, I reached out to their team, and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to getting us back on the road quickly. The service department worked efficiently, handling the inspection with precision and care, all while keeping me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find a team that combines top-notch expertise with such a customer-first attitude, but Rush Truck Center nailed it. They truly understand the demands of fleet management and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. The facility itself is impressive, and the technicians are some of the best I’ve worked with—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in ensuring our trucks are in peak condition. Their willingness to accommodate us on short notice saved us valuable downtime and kept our operations running smoothly. For any fleet manager looking for reliable, high-quality service, Rush Truck Center on Irving Blvd is the place to go. They’ve earned Premier Transportation’s trust and loyalty, and I’ll be singing their praises to anyone who’ll listen!

Disaster services, I lost 5 days and they didn't do anything. They also lied to call my warranty company and actually didn't even call them, they found some problem on the truck that was not even a problem, and asked for $ 4200,I was lucky to take my truck and they charged me 650$ diagnostics so I went to another place and spent $ 850 and the problem was fixed, I don't recommend going there because you will just lose time and money

Our brand new Peterbilt arrived to us with engine codes. Not the end of the world and not necessarily much they can do about it. However, we are out of state and they said they would take care of tax, title, registration, etc., we have now had the truck for over two months and do not have our registration or tags. The temp tags expire tomorrow so we will now be running an unregistered truck thanks to Rush. Not to mention it took them almost a week to send over the temp tags that they had but didn’t find necessary to send to us when we took delivery.
