Absolutely ZERO STARS. They have the rudest employees, horrible customer service! The girls always give attitude whenever you want to order anything. I wanted to purchase a bottle of water and the lady acted so annoyed as I waited by the iPad to pay while she was busy chit chatting with her coworker in the back. She proceeded to give me attitude as she took my payment. I came back another day an hour before closing, and this girl said the kitchen is closed and she will not make me anything. Why is the kitchen closed a whole hour before closing? Mind you they close at 8 pm which is already too early as it is. Is this the type of service we get while we are the ones who put the uniform on every day while these girls get paid to chit chat all day and give terrible customer service.

I had a terrible experience with manager of this establishment. The manager had an attitude for remaking my açaí bowl . And when she gave it back after remaking it , she slammed it down. I asked politely and wanted it done the usual way. She stated the way I liked it after I showed the picture was incorrect. Which is ironic bc the picture was from this establishment. I felt very disrespected and highly upset bc my family was there and seen how they treat ppl in the navy. As you can see I’m a valuable customer if I came to this business multiple times. I came two days in a row and received poor customer service, i believe by the same person. The manager you have working there that day stated the picture is correctly made of the açaí bowl. When I showed past pictures she stated those were incorrect. If you seen the camera footage it’s clear she did not put it down in a kind manner and was frustrated bc she didn’t want to remake it. I asked politely for my first 2 açaí bowls to be remade.The guy remade it the usual way i always had it. Then the manager made the 3rd açaí the way i did not want it after i expressed i did not want that way.Staff got frustrated because they didn’t do there job properly and my family did not speak with staff bc I paid.I got frustrated and upset asked for my money after they gave me the same açaí bowl after being remaking . This service was awful and unacceptable , it really shows you as a business owner for approving this type of behavior and quality of service if it isn’t fixed, especially by the manager.

Horrible company *update Should probably do your research before speaking, on maps where my girl actually ordered the açaí bowl from She did not know it was on base because it did not state so. We were told by the guards at the gate to get a refund. Also why text being rude when I called and did not listen to the voicemail but when I asked for my money back in the text no reply? Communication would have worked. Horrible experience will recommend everyone I know not to spend money here. Also I never spoke with any actual employee it was an automated voice to leave a message. The voicemail I left just asked for a refund and call back these people are liars as well.
