Without a doubt the most disappointing purchase I’ve made online. I paid $23,500 for a poker table and a DeckMate 2 shuffler, received a broken shuffler after a two month delay, and still haven’t received my table. Randy is very quick to respond when he’s trying to make a sale, but once my order was placed he went MIA for a month. I followed up to check on the progress of my order, since the shuffler was supposed to ship quickly, only to receive every excuse under the sun for the delay. Every week, Randy (or Corinne) would promise that the shuffler would ship by a certain date, and the date would pass with no communication or shipment. Randy assured me that the extra time was so that he could make sure my shuffler was tested thoroughly. I foolishly believed him and let him spend another month leaving my order on the backburner. I finally received my shuffler today—the motor makes a terrible grinding noise, optical card recognition doesn’t work, the machine has constant “communication errors,” and tuning new decks doesn’t work. It also jams over one third of the time when shuffling, which requires starting all over. It’s essentially an $11,500 hunk of brushed aluminum. Since I was forced to pay by ACH, I have no protection if Rye Park refuses to offer a refund. The debug log in the machine shows that it wasn’t powered on during the period that Randy claimed to be testing it, so the whole reason for the delay was a lie. I also still have not received my poker table, and multiple promised shipping dates have come and gone with no shipment. $23.5k is a lot of money, and there is no excuse for service this terrible. Despite the poor service, I had decided that as long as the product was great, I was going to bury the hatchet and not leave a review for the terrible service and delays. The shuffler’s poor condition was the last straw with dealing with Rye Park.

I ordered a custom poker table from Rye Park. When I first called and spoke to Randy, he was very pleasant and extremely informative of what goes into his tables. It was a big purchase for me and we had a lot of back and forth emails until we figured out the perfect solution. The table I received is absolutely stunning. Not only does it look spectacular, the table itself is rock solid. It doesn’t budge or flex one bit when you push down or lean on the railing. The felt is a real pleasure to play on. Thanks Randy!

I have purchased 3 different tables from Rye Park plus a shuffler. I have owned many poker tables over the years and without question the best is the one I bought from Rye Park. Randy took the time to help me design exactly what I needed and upon arrival it was clear the table is so much better than any other table I have had. These are casino quality tables that can be custom made with individual colors and designs. The players in my game were so impressed with the table that two of them have now purchased tables from Rye Park for their game rooms. In addition to the tables I purchased a Deck Mate shuffler from Randy. He was a lifesaver when a friend purchased a Deck Mate shuffler elsewhere (big mistake). My friend's shuffler stopped working shortly after it was bought and the vendor would not respond. I reached out to Randy who was able to repair and refurbish the shuffler for us. Randy is fast to respond, keeps you in the loop during the build and shipping progress and will work with you to design something that fits your needs. I recommend Rye Park without hesitation.
