This place is borderline a scam on the taxpayers claiming they offer services but always struggle to fulfill their promises. The workers are also very rude and have a condescending personality with their power and control dynamics. Their needs to be another organization that competes for funding with this one to be able to make sure that they do what their job is supposed to do or otherwise it's going to continue to be a useless organization.

Disrespectful. Horrible. It's 2022 how does this place even exist. They do not care about people at all. They do whatever it takes to avoid their job.
