Bought a pair of Bulls Copperhead AM2 Ebikes there last year. The service was excellent and very informative. It’s a family owned business and the husband still needed to fix one thing when we went to pick them up because we were taking them out of town, so he worked extra and then delivered them to our home. The price included free tuneups for a year. We just got back from there with our bikes after our our second tuneup. Cameron did a great job tuning our bikes and was super friendly. She answered all our questions about the shocks and out to adjust them for different rides. She replenished the sealant in the tires and graciously took a lot of time with us. If you want to buy a bike with EXCELLENT initial AND follow up service, this is the place.
