I love this place! Only my second time, but I couldn’t wait to come back after my first. In years past, I was one that went every 2 weeks but had been continually disappointed with other locations so I stopped shedding out money because it was hard to find time as it was and figured it wasn’t worth the cost anymore. But now, even though my time is still limited, I’m making an effort to book at least once a month. Mimi was so friendly and personable. I splurged on my pedicure and purchased the Luxury Gel Spa Pedicure and Mimi made it worth every penny. Felt like she actually cared that I was relaxed and enjoying every step of the process. Will back as soon as I can be!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not come here. I got a deluxe pedicure and it literally took her 5 minutes. The phone kept ringing the lady did not care at all. Did not even cut or shape my nails. Did not fix my white nail polish on my toe that SHE scratched. my finger is literally bleeding because of her. I want a refund.

Horrible experience. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Right from the start, minimal choices for regular nail polish and the quality of the polish was subpar. The nail techs carried a lot of attitude and seemed bothered to correct an incomplete job. My polish didn’t even last 24 hours before chipping. If you’re a professional, avoid this place at all costs. This was a lot of money to just throw down the drain. I went with my mother who got a French manicure and even though she had an amicable experience with her tech, the quality of her manicure did not justify the price as hers chipped 18 hours later.
