This place is great, my friends and I come here semi-often and always have an excellent time. The bartenders are always friendly, Jared specifically provided excellent service last time I went and I’m a massive lesbian so I don’t even think it was just because I’m hot 🥳 My only critique is that the management should vet their jukebox a lil more— one of the songs that played was just the r-slur (for those who are oppressed for being developmentally disabled) like fifty times Moderately queer-friendly, there’s occasionally folks who look like they maybe aren’t but I’ve always gotten the vibe the bartenders would take my side if any harassment or hate crime happened. On that note, highly recommend the chicken tender/fries deal, it’s currently $10 for three so easily the move if you are a fellow passenger on the struggle bus in this economy 🫡🎱

Man, what a disappointment! I have been coming to Sam's for over 10 years and yet my meal today was so bad I'm considering taking my leave for the next couple! Let's get into it! My friend ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, the sauce was extremely watery and bland, the noodles were undercooked, some of them were even crunchy. I ordered the reuben, and it came with the smallest amount of pastrami I've ever seen on such a sandwich. I paid $14 for what probably amounted to 1/3 of the meat that I'm used to paying the same price for at other restaurants. The food having been terrible, I must comment on the service. It was wonderful! The bartenders and server were super friendly, attentive, and regularly checked on us, making sure that we had fresh drinks and condiments. Unfortunately this does not mend the absolutely atrocious quality of the food being served, it might as well have been reheated TV dinners. Sad, would not currently recommend.

It is THE destination, Ol' Timey pool hall. Lots of tables (just don't come on tournament night). My neighbor love the gaming machines tucked away in the back. Food is quite decent, as is the selection of beverages.
