I was so desperately looking to have a beer after an intense , 6 hour , writing workshop session; a classmate brought me here ; the lager transported me to a nice place though the conversation didn’t ; I wish bars could give us drinks and robots who conversed well! We recently discovered this place and were blown away. So much better than the usual Mexican food in the Bay Area. Most places are either really generic or very expensive and out of reach. This is right in the sweet spot. Well priced for the portions and value. Insanely tasty - about as good as Mexico. We really enjoyed the birria, cochinita, ceviche, and guacamole. Recommend you get family style so everyone can try. Definitely will be back!

I had stopped by to grab some food and drinks with my coworkers and it was honestly such a fun experience as the menu was unique and the drinks were really refreshing/paired well with the food. The service was laid-back, which allowed us to enjoy each other's company and there's easy access to parking in the nearby streets. since we also stopped by at a fairly early time during the day, it wasn't as busy, but towards the end of our visit it did get busier. ambiance was relax and quite quaint.
