Unfortunately, when I assembled my bike, I realised the headset needed some urgent maintenance. Thankfully, I found this shop and Cliff was fantastic. He immediately understood that I was on a tight schedule and got me back on the road quickly. The service was efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful. We had one day to explore San Diego and found this bike shop on Google. So so glad we did! Omar and the rest of the staff were incredible. I ordered some tires from this shop online even though they’re 30 minutes from my house. Their shipping option wasn’t that expensive so I selected that. I placed the order and never received any confirmation. I called the shop five days later to check on the order and they said that they did have my order in the system, but the tires were being shipped directly from a warehouse. They said I should see my order in about 7 to 10 business days from date of payment. 14 days after my order was placed, I called again and was told by the same person on the phone that my order was automatically canceled due to a “price discrepancy.” I never received any sort of email or phone call informing me of this. Unfortunately I really needed those tires as that bike has been sidelined now for two weeks while I was waiting on this order. The fact that they never sent any sort of email or phone call informing me of the order cancellation just shows a lack of customer service. It’s also very disappointing that they had the opportunity to inform me of this cancellation on the first phone call and instead told me that my order was being processed. The person on the phone was nice so I’ll give them two stars for that, but my first and only experience at this store was pretty disappointing.

Prices were fair, and the staff clearly knew their stuff—they took great care of us. One thing to note: there’s no dedicated parking, so plan ahead if you’re driving. But overall, it’s a great local shop with solid service and awesome people. Highly recommend for any bike or e-bike

This a fantastic bike shop. Not only do they sell bikes but they also rent them. They've got all sorts of bikes from regular to E bikes, which are some of the best bikes I've seen at pretty reasonable prices considering they're electric. They also do repairs and advice on any type of bike. But most of all the staff are great, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop if you want a bike or rent one for the day.
