We had a great first experience with San Diego Sail Adventures! I found a Groupon that offered a discounted price and called the company prior to booking to ensure they had the date/time available and I spoke with Max (who I believe is the owner of the company and was also the captain of our charter) and he said I could book directly with him so I didn’t have to go through Groupon and he would honor the discounted rate. I did have to follow up with him a couple times to officially confirm my reservation but once did Max was very accommodating to my preferred payment method and allowed me to handle payment on the boat. I reserved a private sunset sailboat ride for 4 people for 2.5 hours and thought it was a great price for the experience. I traveled in from out of town and was looking to treat myself and my friends for my birthday and it was truly a beautiful experience! Max was very knowledgeable and took us to different sites, seeing the seals was our favorite! The sailboat had a bathroom, blankets, and a speaker on board and it was BYOB/snacks so you can really tailor the experience to what you want. All in all we had a great time and I would recommend!!
