I stopped by the shop yesterday and when walking up to the entrance there were two gentlemen working on the front of shop replacing windows as someone had driven into the front of the shop. One gentleman kindly said "I'm sorry we're closed on Mondays. We're just here replacing the windows. What are you looking for?" I was stopping by to check out Kayo ATVs for my grandsons. He stopped his work, opened up the shop, took me in and spent the next 45 minutes enlightening me on what might be the best options for my grandsons. Turns out it was Gary Sr. I didn't make a purchase but felt absolutely zero pressure to do so. I appreciate that a business owner working on their supposed day off (in sweltering heat), when the shop is normally closed, would take the time to provide that level of customer service. Well done and I will definitely go back when ready to purchase.

Submitted a service inquiry on their website over a week ago. Haven’t heard anything. Also sent follow up email with no contact. These submissions are emailed to service team. Clearly ignored. I’m a service director of a dealership and they should be answered next day. Even if we can’t work on them. Makes me wonder if I bought a bike from here would I be ghosted??
