We ordered the tri tip nachos and OMG they were sooo delicious!!! We utilized the BallPark app to order the nachos to our seats and received the food in less than 5 minutes without having to leave our seats! Super yummy, will order again!

This store/location is completely unprofessional. Most of the ready-to-eat food has no prices posted anywhere—not on the shelves, not on the packaging—and even the drinks have no price tags. When I asked an employee for the cost, they didn’t know and told me, with attitude, to “just take it to the register and find out there.” This it is happening for months now!!!! Why should customers have to play guessing games at checkout? In California, this practice is not legal—prices must be clearly displayed so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. This store is ignoring that basic consumer protection. To make matters worse, the staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and careless. No effort to help, no basic courtesy—just poor attitude. If management can’t train their team to treat customers respectfully and comply with the law by posting prices clearly, they don’t deserve our business, nor to be in a location where hospitality is expected. I didn’t catch her name but she had a pony tail with her hair about waist length she was working the check out. I was trying to pay for my nachos & the machine tried charging me $10. They don’t cost $10. So she abruptly bombards me & tells me “no, remove your food.” So I comply. She then says, “You can go to the next register.” which I do. she looked at me very annoyed. I said “you said to go to the next register.” She rudely replied “I was talking to the guy behind you.” I’m sorry, I am not a mind reader, nor do I care why you hate your job. I’m here to enjoy my experience at Petco park like I’ve been doing so for the last decade & I want to enjoy my $20 nachos. With no attitude. If that’s too much to ask maybe you can remove said person & replace her with someone who actually wants to be there. Hope this helps! :)
