I'm a roller derby player in this league, and the location is great. At first it was dangerous because the floor was too rocky, but then they did Skate-A-Thon and they got the funding to fix the floor and work on the indoor bathroom. The place overall is super cool and the journey to get it at this place has been great. Going from parking lots to a whole rink is great. Today we have a bout and I'm so excited! I always look forward to derby. My mom refs and my older sibling plays in the adult league in another state. We are a derby family and skating is my favorite thing in the entire world. Thanks so much SDB, you saved my life. Derby gives me something to look forward to in this world where I feel lost and depressed. I have most of my friends on my team because at school I'm the awkward kid. Derby is amazing and I'd never play another sport and be this excited. Please sign your kid up for derby!! It's so fun and the coaches are so nice!! Also if you are in derby make sure to thank the refs, coaches and all who made this possible. -Big Bad Wolf #163

This place and this organization has been great for my kid. There are multiple levels of girls and gender expansive roller derby played, and the place is run by volunteers who all have kids' best interests in mind. The cost is pretty accessible. Look into it if your kid is derby curious.
