It's a decent alternative than venturing to downtown Ballard as you have Selah's to purchase enhancements to the food truck cuisine. Selah's has a seating area, too. They have beer on tap. If I owned that lot I would remove as much of the concrete or put huge planter boxes to create some shade and comfort (the correct word escapes me but you'll figure it out if you know).
