I love SSP! The coaches are incredibly helpful in helping me reach my goals and the other gym members are super friendly. The environment of the gym is very welcoming and encouraging. The coaches often host events on the weekends to get to know one another, and that's been a fun way to meet folks as someone new to the city. Coach Taylor at Phinney / Queen Anne is the best!

Love SSP! The trainers foster such a great community and everyone of all ages, sizes, skills are treated equally! The training is customized to you personally while training with 4-6 people at the same time. The group classes are very fun and push everyone at their own abilities. Super friendly and fun atmosphere, and I leave happier then when I arrived every time. I've lost 12lbs in six months, and I'm much stronger!! Woo!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, Orange Theory, and various other fitness classes, SSP is hands down the best. The trainers are fantastic, know everyone by name and both strength and metabolic conditioning classes are intimate due to available space. It is a community with monthly events happening to get together. I personally really benefit from no mirrors at their studio as I get to focus more on form and am more determined. I love their attitude towards fitness which is unique in the normal fitness world full of focus weight loss, dressing to look attractive, and pressure on what body type you have which makes a gym accessible - or not. I could go on but I'll leave it there. They are an absolute gem in the world of fitness and I feel inspired to keep going to maintain my health and to see the same faces.

I started going to SSP a few months ago with no formal background in strength training. I just hoped to learn proper form for deadlifts and barbell squats so I could eventually walk into a gym and feel confident. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and form, and genuinely caring about their clients as whole people. Any time I had a nagging injury, the trainers adapted my routine in a way that felt doable and accessible. I’ve felt supported, challenged, and welcomed every step of the way. Can’t recommend SSP enough!

I'm in my mid-30s and, even though I have always been somewhat active, I have never in my life had a consistent gym/training regimen. I was very intimidated to start, but the crew are SSP create a very welcoming environment, even for newbies like me. I've been going consistently for a few weeks now and have been loving it! Camaira and Dalton are attentive, friendly, and fun. (The other trainers I've worked with are also fabulous!) I'm glad I made this gym part of my weekly routine!
