We made reservations on Groupon for the 9:30-11:30 tour and it was awesome. When we came back after the tour we made another reservation for the 7-9 bats under the Congress bridge and again it was awesome to do. Raymond and Michael our tour guides were very polite and professional and demonstrated on how to use and operate the Segways. We will be coming back in a couple of months and take their tours again. Highly recommend Segway tour!

Had a great trip today with our tour guide Michael. Never been to Austin before or been on a Segway. Orientation was great, we both found getting used to the Segway super easy and had a blast. Highly recommend seeing this beautiful city this way. Covered so much more ground than we could have on foot. Segcity Tours were organised, professional, knowledgeable and great fun. My mom struggled a bit with the machine, but our guide Raymond was extremely patient and understanding with her, and he continued to devote special attention to make sure she felt comfortable throughout the tour.
