Sensual Movement is the best dance company to learn Sensual Bachata. Their classes have a positive environment, good instructors, and nice venues. They have dance social events at 230 fifth rooftop that includes a dance class at the start 9pm-10pm and 10pm -1am is social dancing . The view is amazing. These group classes are fun to practice and warm up. On Fridays they are at a dance studio for their social which includes an intermediate or beginner class. The social goes until 2:30am and is in a large space that leaves room to actually dance unlike their competitors. The community is welcoming and a great place to learn to dance and to meet people. Dancing can be addictive so with 2 socials a week and dance classes available come up with a yearly budget. Also if you are in a relationship check with your partner if they are comfortable with you dancing with others and if they will join you. People regularly dance with others switching every song or so but some couples stick together only. All races and genders and orientations are welcome.
