This place is super cool. It’s upstairs and on top of a restaurant, you have to walk into the restaurant a few feet then turn right and hit the stairs. The thing that I loved about it was that everyone was just enjoying themselves. People were dancing to the great music, playing pool, smoking cigars on the patio area, just enjoying life. I highly recommend this place. It’s also very affordable and the bourbon selection is huge and wide ranging. Can’t go wrong here.

I have loved coming here throughout the years on special occasions to drink with friends. It's a very chill spot with an old time vibe (built in the early 1900s) and has a good atmosphere. Seating is very limited, mainly has a bar area, 2 pool tables and a few booths off to the side (if you're lucky enough to find one available). There's also an outside enclosed patio area where they have more seating but it's a smoking area so my friends and I were dying with all the smoke just so we could all be at a table together. I'm sure people love to smoke here but I also think it would be great to just have this area as a normal area since the seating options are so limited. Anyway on to the drinks, my all time favorite is the gold rush (lemon, honey and whiskey). I also tried the raspberry drink and it was very good. All the ingredients are good quality and simple enough to be so tasty without any preservatives or extra chemicals. Very high quality, good service. My last comment has to be about the women's restroom though because it was really messy the entire night that "Charlie Day" was doing a meet and greet (I didn't see him the entire time we were there 😭) and I had to ask someone to get it cleaned. Overall, if you get there earlier (around 7 p.m.), you'll have a better chance at a nice time without so much crowding. Have fun!

Checked this place out after hearing some great things. Popped in shortly after opening and had Javier at the bar. Dude is super chill and very knowledgeable, talking me through different bourbons and teaching me about what I'd probably enjoy the most since im not super knowledgeable on whiskeys and bourbons. I got an old fashioned on their happy hour and really enjoyed it. This is such a cool spot. Hope to come back someday next time I visit California.
