Walked in here to kill some time as the line for The Hellp show at Irving Plaza was literally wrapping around the block. I'm not really a beer guy, but always get shy ordering a glass of wine at these types of places as people look at me like I have 3 heads. I try to blend in, I try to become the bat. I got a Kona Big Wave, as I've heard people order that before and it has a cool name. It was actually kinda bomb, I may be a Kona Big Wave kinda guy moving forward. Is that respectable? Or will people know I'm disguising as a wine guy? The bartender was the man, and informed us he loves when there are shows on Monday, as Shades of Green gets packed when it's normally slow. Hosted an anniversary party for 50 people and everything was amazing. Planning everything with JP was easy and straightforward. The staff that worked were all amazing. They really made sure everyone was taken care of and worked hard to ensure everyone had what they needed. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food.
