If you want to eat fast and a good burger I don’t see a better fast food chain than shake shack. The burger is well balanced, you can really taste the grilled smash patty flavor slightly more than the rest of the ingredients wich makes it very delicious. I only gave this place four stars instead of five because it wasn’t very clean.

Special shout out to this lady(i didn’t get her name). I was having a bad day and this lady took my order. She is warm, welcoming and friendly. Her voice is so comforting and sounds so optimistic. I ordered a double shack and she was cheering me on makes be blush but also funny. I’ve seen her checking on customers, pouring a cup of water for a child and volunteer taking picture for a group of British students on hols here. Very nice to see someone so bright in the morning. Pls keep it up girl.

I love coming here!!!!! Not only because the food is AMAZING but the staff is EXCELLENT!!! I don’t know any of these people that work there but everytime i’ve been coming back recently the staff is soo helpful and polite. Especially the guy with the scarf on his head that serves the food. I think his name is Ty or something. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences i’ve had at a fast food restaurant with him. Everyone seems to love their job and i love going to places like this. Great job to whoever hired the staff because they are soo nice and friendly. They will help you at the kiosk and give you anything you ask for. I appreciate it. My favorite location 💕 10/10
