Shake Shack is a large chain of restaurants focusing on quick service burgers and fries, alongside a wide variety of shakes as their name represents. The staff moves quick and is able to make the burgers efficiently, and there is a mobile pickup window on street level to get orders quickly. We got the shack burgers, spicy fries, and bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was good, not that greasy, though on the smaller side for the price. The spicy fries were good, though the coating wasn't on every fry and dusted on after, so some fries were loaded with spice while others didn't have much. Very consistent with other locations and tasted good.

As a big fan of Shake Shack, it's really disappointing to see how much the service and food quality have declined over the years. My recent visit was easily the worst experience I've had. My burger was raw, and despite being the only customer with eight staff members in the kitchen chatting, it still took 12 minutes to get my order. This location really needs to step it up.
