Service was horrible. You could barely get a grunt out of the staff. The staff was probably the most memorable as they were terrible. Just flat our rude. The initial picture looked great, until i took a bite. Food order was incorrect. Ordered burger without sauces on the burger and the screwed that up. So, it was a $25 +/- for a dinner with eating only fries. Restaurant was disgusting, dirty, and tables & seats were sticky and seemed they were not wiped in years. Gross. Probably won't be back to this location.

Always a great spot to swing in and grab lunch. It’s always smooth and quick. My food always tastes good plus you get the views of the bustling beltline. I enjoy the shake shack double cheeseburger because it doesn’t need any condiments to improve its delicious taste. Also what restaurant can top their spicy crinkle fries 🍟 with ranch. Delicious

So I ordered my food through Uber Eats on 8-26-2025. First time eating food from this restaurant in my life. I got a double burger, fries, vienna dog and a cookies and cream shake! I had to try a shake for the name of the place alone! The food is delicious this place is called shake shack the shake is delicious! I read that there is a parking garage near this location.

Burger was pretty good. I came here after a great run/walk because my leg gave out midway through.. but this burger definitely brought me back to life. Not to mention. I stopped here with my bro. He got the glizzy. He said pretty good too. Overall... 🤔 pretty good i guess

Location off the beltline. I’ve been here several times. The staff have been helpful and nice. You order via the kiosk or app. Though they do have a cash register up front that can take orders too. I like that they have gluten free bun and lettuce wrap options. Pretty reasonable prices for burgers. Fries are $4.50+. My one complaint is I haven’t found a way to order a burger where they put ketchup and mustard on it. You have to get the packets and put it on yourself. My other negative is one of our to-go orders they left off the bacon, but we didn’t realize it until we got home and didn’t bother with it. If you get the app, it lets you know of various specials such as free fries on Fridays if you spend $10, or free burger during month of May.
