My daughter used to love this place, but not anymore after what happened yesterday. We went there around 1 PM and there was no employee in the front to attend but we still waited, good, 10-15 minutes till the time another couple came in, and after them, waiting for five minutes, two Of the employees came from the back. we did place an order & Left the place after getting it. My daughter tried the drink and felt it was not as sweet as she usually gets so, she made me try to see if I feel the same, and I said yes, it’s missing the sweetness. She didn’t like the drink, so I told her to go back and tell them if they can fix it for her, but when she went, the lady said we cannot do anything since this is 50% gone, but FYI it was still 75% if not more. Then she tried doing something with the drink and made it all watery and gave it to her. So my daughter got so upset because it was not an ice blended drink anymore with an ice cream scoop on the top, but just thin liquid so she had to toss the drink, $10 in garbage!! we don’t recommend this place anymore.

They literally took off everything on the menu, the mojitos were the best part and then they proceed to look at you like an alien when you ask for it, they dont even give you a headsup on the changes done to the menu. My sister got the peach kiwi aiyuu jelly tea and they only gave her the peach tea. She asked about the jelly and the workers answered so rudely telling her they dont have those anymore, like okay? Then whys it advertised WITH THE JELLY. the workers are never nice. Its not a good place to go to anymore unless you want horrible customer service.

Love coming here for some boba tea. You can customize things about your drink such as sweetness level, ice level and additions. Some drinks are absolutely custom but certain ones can't be modified to much without altering the ingredients. As an example I definetely recommend the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea but since it's made with brown sugar, there's no sugar free option. The place is very small so your drink will be to go but there's tables in the courtyard nearby. I'm always incredibly impressed by the staff handling the pressure of an endless line of customers when I come in. They work hard, efficiently and diligently. My orders have never been inaccurate here or missing something. Be advise there may often be a line you'll have to wait in for a few minutes but it's worth it.
