He was surfing on 5 foot waves in Santa Cruz, CA and it snapped while coming down a wave. Horrible customer service and experience for a custom board - I highly recommend you do not use this company. We will take our business somewhere else where they support their products!

They have a lot of boards to select from, if they don’t have the board you were looking at you can pre order a new custom board through the shop owner and pick it up in 6-8 weeks.
