It was a random walk-in to Shug’s to pick up icecream and we were so glad we did! I’m giving this place 4 stars because, while it was a fun and cute little experience, the ice cream itself left something to be desired. I ordered the fruit sundae with pineapple the pineapple was fresh and delicious, but the ice cream was pretty flavorless, which was disappointing. It does get quite crowded, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere has a charming, nostalgic feel that makes it worth checking out. If I were to come back, I’d skip the sundae and try one of their floats instead!
