We held my 8-year old's birthday party at Silvana's Dessert Academy. It was perfect!! The kiddos had a great time swinging on the zipline in the backyard, whacking the pinata with a rolling pin, and learning how to make truffles. They were excited to bring home the fruits of their labor: absolutely gorgeous truffles. The birthday cake was incredibly delicious. And also, Silvana was able to accommodate some pretty challenging food allergies. We will absolutely have a party with Silvana again!!

My Daughter, Sage recently had her 11th birthday party with Silvana at her Dessert Academy. The kids had an Amazing time, and Sylvana was very patient and accommodating (considering I messed up the count and had an extra kid) when I made an error counting children for the class! She set up another place "no problem" and they got to work. The party was two months ago and Sage has been baking and cooking since! Did I mention she's 11? I bought her different pans and modeling chocolate and now she won't stop with project's. Thanks again, Sylvana for your services!
