I would avoid this place at all costs. I came in here looking for a new battery for my Sea-Doo. They had it in stock, so I picked one up. When I went to install it, it had zero volts. Upon returning it, they tested it and came to the realization that they forgot to add the acid into the battery. When I first purchased the battery, I asked them if they’re 100% certain that they are fully charged and they said that they were. There was no apology given, and they tried to upsell me to a more expensive battery. I told them I would take my refund and take my business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional technician behind the counter at the Parts department.

These guys are the best! From sales to service, including finance department. This is my 2nd ATV purchase through them. No hassles or issues ever. After sales care is top shelf, you'll think you bought a Rolls Royce. Can't recommend this place more. Definitely worth the trip to town.

I arrived at SK Northwest after visiting a couple local dealers and having a poor experience. The crew at SK NW was super friendly, helpful and seemed liked they really enjoyed their job. I was able to quickly purchase a new Can AM Defender from their vast selection at a great price all while they helped entertain my new puppy. I am very glad I stopped by a would encourage others to give them a try. Ask for Jayson, he's great. My pup enjoys touring in his new ride!!
