I hate to be so hard on this park, but I just don't understand the design. With the flow, more than a couple people here and it's too crowded. When I heard it was meant for beginners, that blew my mind. I get a few things, but the 5+' quarter with no deck? or the handrail with no landing zone? Try again. I still enjoy the park and come here a decent amount. Unfortunately, the worst part of coming here is the lack of respect for the skatepark from general park goers. Cutting through the park (without looking, with muddy shoes, with attitude, etc), deciding to practice your soccer kicks against the quarter pipe, teaching your toddler to walk on the launch ramp, just standing around for some reason. I've got a long list, which is thankfully limited to this place.

Scooter kids frequent it. Quarter pipe is huge with no lip. Little kicker coming out of it. Pretty intimidating for dropping in but it’s okay for kick turns. Two nice manual pads/ ledges. Probably best enjoyed if you can ollie onto those. The ground isn’t level :(

Scooter kids have ruined this skate park, it’s too small to sustain the large and growing scooter kid population in Wedgwood. If u come here before 3pm (before school gets out) it’s chill but anytime after 3pm and before it’s dark out, it’s hard to enjoy w a skate bort
